Mango ensures you’ll have Fun In Acapulco - and won’t get stuck with the paperwork!

Raoul looked Mike Windgren up and down.

“Can you swim? The hotel is looking for another lifeguard right now…”

Mike laughed.

“I just got fired, so I’ll do anything. Swim, wait tables…the only thing I can’t do is what that lifeguard is doing diving from the high rocks. Not after what happened during my time with the circus.”

Raoul nodded.

“Well, I’m sure there are other ways you can entertain the crowds at the resort. Do you do anything else?”

Mike shrugged.

“I sing a little,” he said.

Raoul clapped him in the back.

“That will do, amigo! Let’s go and see the resort manager.”

“Everyone needs to be an all-rounder here in Acapulco,” the resort manager said.

“For example, I do all the planning, accounts, and oversee the customer service, but I’m also a champion dancer so I lead salsa and merengue classes.

“Frankly, I enjoy them far more than all that paperwork!”

Mike nodded.

“I understand. The owner of the boat I came here on felt the same way, too, so we all pitched in.”

The resort manager sighed.

“There’s about to be even more paperwork. Our owner runs holiday resorts in the UK where a new law is coming into effect soon to try to keep people safe.

“It’s called Martyn’s Law and it helps resort owners prepare for threats like attacks. It will mean the UK resorts must have a plan to train staff properly, deal with threats, and ensure everyone can communicate effectively if something does happen.

“Our owner wants us to bring that to Acapulco too. It’s a very good thing, but I think my dancing days might be numbered!”

Mike scratched his head.

“My former employer had health and safety consultants called Penarth Management and they recommended an online compliance software, Mango.

“It keeps everything in the cloud so there’s no need for lots of paperwork. Everyone can access the documents they need wherever there’s an internet connection. Perfect for training records and safety plans.”

The resort manager smiled.

“That will save time. Maybe I could still do the odd bossa-nova…”
